Coopers & Lybrand Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. and Nas Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. are the Turkish members of Coopers & Lybrand International. The division into three firms follows a Turkish legal requirement under the 1989 Accounting Law which requires the separation of consulting, auditing and tax services respectively.

The firms together employ over 80 professional staff and provide audit, accounting, tax, corporate and consultancy services to local Turkish and international companies seeking to establish or expand their operations in Turkey, as well as to public sector companies and to local authorities.
